Win The 4-Hour Workweek

Money Relations Win the 4-hour Workweek

If you’re a blogger and especially if you’re in the “Make Money Online” niche, you probably have heard of the “The 4-Hour Workweek: Escape 9-5, Live Anywhere, and Join the New Rich” by Timothy Ferriss. You see reviews of it everywhere. And I’m giving one away as a sponsor of Mike from Bloggin-Ads.com’s “One Heck Of A Giveaway” contest.

What’s it about?

Forget the old concept of retirement and the rest of the deferred-life plan—there is no need to wait and every reason not to. Whether your dream is escaping the rat race, high-end world travel, monthly five-figure income with zero management, or just living more and working less, this book is the blueprint.

Sounds interesting, gimme!

Go to Bloggin-Ads.com’s “One Heck Of A Giveaway” for all the other prizes you can win plus the various entry methods.

Here’s a hint: you can drop a comment on my blog and that counts as an entry! Just go to the link above to tell Mike of your deed.

Here’s another hint: you’d probably want to subscribe to my blog while you’re here as well since I’ll probably be giving another book away soon.

Hey, I got gift certificates for Christmas!

Hi, I’ve been trying to win that book at other places as well! But I don’t have a blog and I went to the other site and it’s all about ad spaces. I subscribed to you anyways because I like your blog and I still want that book!

Nice work Mariam, I’m registered now. I would be interested to know how this converts for you… some sort of “Mariam style” profit analysis would be interesting. Might push a few more into simple competitions ;-)

    @ Claire

Hey, thanks for the support then!

I hear you on the ad space thing. I think it was more designed towards bloggers. Basically, the prize benefits are to increase visibility and traffic for the winners. Seeing as you don’t have a blog, I can see why that would be a problem for you ;)

I had a suspicion that would be the case so I chose a book to tailor to that type of audience. Maybe I will choose the same book for my own contest or an investment type book. I still haven’t decided yet.

    @ Paul

I’d be interested to know as well :) In a few days will be my 6 month blogging anniversary. I just postponed my gift giving to see how it pans out with Mike :)

I’d love to do something unique and creative but I think the bottom line is that people just want their prize :)

This is an awesome idea, I hope it works out well. Congrats on the 6 month anniversary.

Hey Mariam, how about existing subscribers? Are we entitled to the prize draw too? It’s great to see your blog growing! Impressive…

    Cheers,

    Hi Chris and Ellesse,

Thanks for the kind words, guys :)

    @ Ellesse

This book is for Bloggin-Ads contest and it was a test run on how I should do my own giveaway.

I definitely will give my existing subscribers a shot at winning when I run mine (secret message in RSS feeds or something). I can’t stand it when I’m a loyal customer but I don’t get any benefits in real life!

And I will probably be asking the forum for insight as well ;)

    I just ordered that book from amazon.com ! :D

I saw the author on TV a few times and had been meaning to get it and finally did.

    Hi cyberfizzle,

I’m going through it now. It certainly is interesting and I always enjoy ideas that flip conventional thinking on it’s head.

    Thanks for visiting!

    Hey Mariam,

I stumbled on your site from Canadian Capitalist and really like your style.. I’d also be interested in reading that book, thanks! :)

    Hey Adil,

Maybe I will get this book for my own competition… or something newer… any suggestions? Although there still seems to be support for this book.
